Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bekpkr website, accessible at https://bekpkr.cam ("the Site", "bekpkr", "we", "us", "our"). The Site is an English-language online betting information and platform resource targeting Pakistani users.

bekpkr provides informational content, platform resources, educational guides and related services pertaining to online sports betting and casino gambling. The Site references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. Such references do not constitute an endorsement of, or affiliation with, gambling services by any referenced payment provider.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an Account, or using any feature of the bekpkr platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance is confirmed by:

• Clicking an "I Agree", "Accept" or equivalent button during the registration process;
• Checking a terms-acceptance checkbox where presented; or
• Simply continuing to access and use the Site after these Terms have been made available to you.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use bekpkr.

Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an Account on bekpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party unless expressly authorised);
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, temporary account restriction, or permanent ban previously imposed by bekpkr or any affiliated operator;
• You must not be located in, or a national of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where accessing this Site would constitute a breach of applicable law — it is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position;
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information at the time of sign-up and must keep such information current throughout the life of your Account;
• You must not hold more than one active Account on the bekpkr platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is expressly prohibited.

Account Registration

To access certain features of bekpkr, including deposit functionality and promotional offers, you are required to complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the sign-up form. You agree that:

• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Account is truthful, accurate and complete;
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your email address or phone number;
• You will create a strong, unique password for your Account and will not share it with any third party;
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether or not authorised by you;
• You will notify bekpkr support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

bekpkr reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bekpkr is committed to robust identity verification to prevent underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. As part of our KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your Account is fully activated, before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time bekpkr deems necessary:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, or a valid Pakistani or international passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the previous three months), where required by the operator;
• A selfie or live liveness-check photograph, taken holding the submitted identity document, to confirm that the Account holder and document owner are the same individual.

bekpkr processes personal data submitted for KYC purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. KYC data is stored securely and used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bekpkr — including deposits and withdrawal requests — are subject to the following general conditions:

• Currency: Transactions are processed in the currency displayed in your Account. Where amounts are referenced illustratively in these Terms or on the Site, Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are used as the example currency;
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit threshold applies and may vary by payment method. Illustrative example: PKR 1,000. Actual minimums are displayed within your Account dashboard;
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available following successful KYC verification. Bonus-linked funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operator's current processing schedule. bekpkr does not guarantee specific processing timescales;
• Payment Method Consistency: Where possible, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to that method's availability and technical capacity;
• Right to Request Source of Funds: bekpkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited, as part of AML compliance obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

bekpkr may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, free bets, reload bonuses and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in specific offer documentation:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering/rollover requirement before becoming withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each specific offer's terms (illustrative example: 30× the bonus amount);
• Maximum Stake During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-stake limit applies (illustrative example: PKR 1,000 per bet). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings;
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10–20%); certain table games may contribute 0%. Check specific offer terms;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (commonly 7–30 days). Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation;
• Bonus Type (Sticky vs Non-Sticky): Sticky bonuses are deducted from the withdrawal amount; non-sticky bonuses may be withdrawn once wagering is complete. Each offer specifies the applicable type;
• One Bonus Per User: Each eligible promotion is available once per user, per household, per device and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Abuse: bekpkr employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of software exploits, matched betting using platform promotions, and collusion. Confirmed abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

All monetary figures cited in relation to bonuses on this Site are illustrative examples only. Actual bonus structures, amounts and terms may differ. Always refer to the specific offer documentation within your Account at the time of claiming.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on bekpkr. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether using the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC processes;
• Using the platform while under the applicable minimum age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not sanctioned by bekpkr;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed software error may be voided;
• Collusion with other users — including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds transacted through the platform;
• Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, including unauthorised use of another person's payment method or identity;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, account restrictions or cooling-off periods by creating new accounts or using another person's account;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on the basis of information not publicly available.

Intellectual Property

All content published on bekpkr — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, page layouts and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bekpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit any portion of the Site or its content without express written permission from bekpkr;
• Frame or mirror any material from the Site on any other server or website without prior written authorisation;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling or similar data-extraction tools on the Site;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from Site content.

The bekpkr name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of this platform. Unauthorised use of any bekpkr brand asset is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bekpkr, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its services;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site;
• Interruptions, errors, delays or loss of data attributable to telecommunications failures, third-party system outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond bekpkr's reasonable control;
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any informational content published on the Site, including odds, game descriptions, bonus term summaries and payment guides — these are provided for informational purposes only;
• Any gambling losses incurred by the user. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and no outcome is guaranteed.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by bekpkr's negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

bekpkr is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We require all users to approach gambling as a form of entertainment — not as an income source or financial solution. The following tools and policies apply:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits within their Account settings. Once set, limit reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the total amount they are prepared to lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions, after which the user will be automatically logged out;
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and six weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe their gambling is causing harm may request a longer-term or permanent self-exclusion, which suspends access to the Account for the selected period. Self-excluded users must not attempt to circumvent this measure;
• Reality Checks: Users may opt into regular on-screen reminders of the duration and value of their gaming sessions.

Account Suspension & Closure

bekpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or engagement in Prohibited Conduct;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring account action;
• The user's own request to close their Account.

Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and confirmation that the closure is not fraud-related.

A user may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting bekpkr support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not exempt the user from any outstanding obligations or liabilities to bekpkr.

Amendments to Terms

bekpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users by posting a prominent notice on the Site and/or by email to the address registered on the Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of bekpkr following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Site and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bekpkr recommends checking this page before making any financial transactions on the platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bekpkr is registered and/or licensed to operate. Users acknowledge that online gambling is subject to complex and evolving legal frameworks globally and that laws applicable in Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may affect their rights and obligations.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by bekpkr's governing legal framework.

Nothing in this section restricts your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. bekpkr does not provide legal advice and recommends that users in Pakistan seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about the legal position of online gambling in their area.
